Description
The vibration plant is a semi-automatic machine designed specifically for producing precast concrete products, including:
- Square & rectangular box culverts
- Square & rectangular manholes
- U-channels
- Circular products (upon purchasing some optional features).
Concrete feeding and vibration are operated semi-automatically by a PLC control. With variable vibration rpm speed, the machine can be adjusted infinitely to suit the exact vibration requirements for the actual product.
The forming of spigot profile is carried out by means of hydraulic pressing cylinders mounted on the inner core.
Mould change will be handled manually with an over-head crane.
Depending on the specific products manufactured, the layout of the machine and the selected optional features, the vibration plant can be operated by 2 men.
OPTIONAL FEATURES
The vibration plant can be supplied with optional features to facilitate the operation.
These include:
- Distribution belt for making circular products
- Second station as central core or vertical vibration
- Electro/hydraulic pack for making manholes products
- Hydraulically operated pallet locks
Products dimension range:
The biggest vibration plant can make products up to 3.6mx3.6m, length 2m for box culverts or 3m in diameter, 2.5m height for circular units.
